If Scott Roeder’s feeble defense works, a domestic terrorist could be out on the streets in less than five years, plus it would send the message that terrorism is okay. I’m guessing this judge is allowing it because he’s anti choice, which is scary because if the jurors are also anti choice, a terrorist will walk and more doctors will be in danger.I see some posts to report to the FBI tip line.

Scott Roeder believed Dr. Tiller, the abortionist was an imminent threat, and that Tiller’s death was justified to prevent further murders of unborn babies. Kansas law allows the use of deadly force to prevent an imminent threat to loss of life.

A terrorist wishes to strike fear into those he/she opposes. Scott Roeder wished to strike fear into physicians who perform the abortion procedure, therefore he is a terrorist. Anyone who disagrees should be monitored by the FBI and I will do my duty to report them as a patriotic citizen.
