Question 1. Is it illegal to send out a notice like this to someone with a fake docket number?
Question 2. MY S.S. Number was visibal IN FULL through the envelope, anyone who touched this could have seen my name, address, home address AND MY SOCIAL!

Question 3. I have looked to see if such a person is licenced in the state of Illinios (where they are supposed to be located) and there is no such person licensed in the state of Illinois. Is it illegal to represent yourself as an Attorney?
A while back another company had contacted me and was VERY rude and threatened me with court and jail. I spoke to a lawyer here locally and did everthing he said to do, they would NOT mail me anything only called, once I told them I did not want to recieve any more phone calls everything HAD to sent in the mail and that I needed them to show me proof of the so called debt they stopped bothering me..

thanks in advanceMy apologies.. I did in fact take out the said loan, I sent a Money Order to the orginal creditor. And at that time it was late already by about 45 days. I have contacted the orginal creditor and they couldnt tell me who the people were trying to get more money out of me and they couldnt tell me if they recieved payment or not (to old had been 5 years)
I told the first idiot that tried to get money from me on this and they flat out called me a liar, they REFUSED to take a certified bank check as payment they would only take a credit card or my bank account number, that was my first red flag and thats when I called a lawyer and asked for advise.
these jokers are saying the same thing! I can wire them money, give them a credit card or give them access to my bank account.. none of which is going to happen!

We love to talk to each other and I am the one who convinced her to break up with her boyfriend who kept hurting her and didn’t even care about her. Please note that I am pretty sure I’m not the rebound guy. I didn’t want to do anything because I thought that online dating was a bad idea, but then my best friend started doing it.
In fact, my best friend has shown me that people can indeed fall in love if they never met in person. Also, don’t say something like “she is probably a 40 year old man”, because she isn’t (I have a friend in real life who is in the foreign exchange program and she met her when she was in Germany). She is a beautiful, intelligent young woman, and a wonderful person. Of course, when I meet her in real life once I go through the foreign exchange program, I will meet her in a public place, just to be safe. I am technically an adult under Missouri law, so it’s not illegal. We won’t be having any sex or anything (atleast not until we both decide that we are old enough). If I wait until I get to Germany my senior year, it might be too late, since she might think I have lost interest in her and find someone else. I’m horribly scared she will reject me, but I hope she won’t. I am truly in love with her and want to be with this girl.
So I plan on asking her out, but I don’t know how to go about doing so. I can’t do it in person, since there is kind of an ocean and lots of land in the way, so should I just send her a message on Facebook? Or should I send her a Facebook Chat IM? What should I say to her when I ask her? I am fully committed to this girl and know the risks and disadvantages of online dating (primarily the fact that you can’t physically be with the person most of the time). It is generally believed by the physicists that various experiments/demonstrations/applications – experiments
of Hahn-Strassmann, Walton-Cockroft, Fermi’s Chicago Experiment, the explosion of the Little Boy
and the Fat Man, the commercial reaction of nuclear fuel – prove i) conversion of gravitational mass into energy,
and ii) usability of Uranium and other radioactive elements as proper fuels. We argue that these assertions
have not been proved in any of those experiments/demonstarations/applications.
Introduction
To know whether a fuel is proper fuel or not is to determine
whether the fuel gives off greater amount of energy when it is
used than the energy involved in making the fuel from raw natural
materials. A huge amount of energy is obtained when Hydrogen
or thermite (a mixture of powdered Aluminium and oxide
of iron) is burned. But energy obtained from combustion of
those fuels is not greater than the energy spent to make them
from natural resources. Therefore, Hydrogen and thermite cannot
be treated as proper fuels. Electricity could be readily generated
from combustion of those fuels, but, electricity made from
those fuels must be more expensive than electricity made from
coal or petroleum. According to Einstein’s E = mc2 formula, 1
