There are so many “definitions” of passive aggression floating around.. share with me your definition and possible an example. One that comes to mind (that some of my peers could relate to) is if you’re in a relationship with a guy and you change your relationship status on Facebook to “in a relationship” and he keeps “forgetting” to change his… that in my opinion very passive aggressive. What do you think?

The CEO of my company seems to think that if you link out to other sites like twitter, facebook, or some other site it will decrease your conversions because you are taking people from your site. I know this is not true but I am looking for some proof to show him. Can anyone give me a link to an article or research report talking about this subject?
